The recent shift in technologies to the digital realm has opened new possibilities for various expressions and aesthetic representations. Collaging has been accepted by an increasing number of architects and artists around the world to explore powerful notions throughout an interactive process. Collaging could be considered a progressive art form that expresses varied thoughts due to rising openness in society. The fragment of separated pictures challenged people's conventional perceptions of paintings. Digital collage is not only a style or movement but as an inspiration system of values, a motivation of life. It combines with different pieces that affect all spheres of social life. 

My digital collage included pictures of myself (aged 20 to 22). I've had the privilege to observe my growth from an undergraduate student into a mature, confident young woman who will achieve a master's degree in Teachers College, Columbia University. Art acted as a tool for achieving the goal of being heard, showing one's point of view, and defending the right to challenge the traditional idea of digital paintings in society. It potentially provided people with the freedom to innovate and encouraged people to embrace new art forms.
