Beijing was selected as the host city for the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. I used Tinkercad to make a 3D model of "Shuey Rhon Rhon”, the mascot of 2022 Winter Paralympics, which is designed and created with "lanterns" as the prototype. The cage-like shape at the top symbolizes happiness. The lantern mascot emanates a glow from its heart that symbolizes warmth, friendship and the resilience of disabled athletes. The body emits light, which means illuminating dreams and warming the world, representing friendship, courage and strength, and embodying the fighting spirit of the Winter Paralympic athletes and the Winter Paralympic Games concept that inspires the world.

During the fall of 2019, I engaged in a service-learning program and volunteered in a soccer training program for disabled adult athletes to play for the Special Olympics at Villanova (my undergraduate institution). I was proud to have this opportunity to engage with people who are physically challenged. But all of them were positive towards their life. After that, I started to realize the crucial role "inclusive and diversity" plays in forging social development and belongings. I also built some surroundings between Rhon Rhon to represent that this small "lanterns" delighted the people around the world. I believe this design is meaningful to everyone.

My vocabularies are: sculpture, play, and creative coding

My initial idea of my final project is using p5.js, a JavaScript library for creative coding, to generate special effects in 5 famous sculpture pictures (when players click each picture, will have some magical fun facts) During the weekend, I explored the "processing" with java and figured out how to make random pieces with a single picture. Hope this experience could benefit my production in creative coding with p5.js.

Generally, the school should cooperate to support learners' growth and to learn from a long-term perspective. The various working methods establish a form of expression, and learning settings are combined to ease the transition between the school forms. Through this, teaching in the school class contributes to a progression and continuity in students' growth and learning that prepares them for more education. The school needs to exchange understanding and information about education in the creative continuity that is directed on student's learning and development, which helps students to develop a good understanding of main academic content, teaching critical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate, communicate, direct their learning, for them to possess an academic mindset. This, in turn, will foster cognitive, intrapersonal, and interpersonal competencies among the students. The exploration of digital education approaches helps users gain the sense of engagement, which makes users arise strong satisfaction with "participation" and "curiosity" through playing. Teacher can help children develop social-emotional skills and allow students to advance their potential abilities by using instructional technology.

I look forward to making the best use of the attained knowledge and skills to implement technologies for designing effective learning environments (classrooms) - promoting openness and inclusion learning environment for students. I hope that digital technologies would strengthen relationships between teachers and students in the classroom and enhance learning experience in the classroom setting.

I commented on those blogs that impressing me a lot during classes. I found that Yiran and Irena were talented in filming. Hengzhi and Xin are creativity thinkers, and they always bring brilliant ideas in their designs that inspire me a lot. Min is good at Collage, and I cannot wait to see her final project with collage! I love Lulu's and Jiaxin's blog webpage the most, cause the interface are clean and every projects was well-organized. As for Yaxuan and Qing, both of them are outstanding painters, I love their drawings very much! Elena's blank assignment surprised me a lot, the project of sound make me feel that there's a harmonious space in a chaotic society.
